About Our App


Sabr360 offers two options to cater to different user needs:

  1. Free Option: Includes basic features of the app at no cost.
  2. Premium Option: Unlocks exclusive features like ad-free usage, Sabri AI unlimited chats, and more.

For users of the Premium Option, we also provide the ability to request refunds under specific conditions.


Eligibility


Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  1. Accidental Purchases: If the premium subscription was purchased by mistake.
  2. Technical Issues: If there are technical problems with the app preventing you from accessing the premium features.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Refunds will not be provided for users requesting refunds solely because they “do not like” the app or wish to use it as a trial.
  • Our app currently offers a free version for users to explore before deciding to purchase the premium option.

Important: Please provide a detailed explanation of the issue when submitting a refund request.


Timeframe


Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the purchase date. Requests made after this period may not be considered.


Payment Method


Refunds will be processed directly through Razorpay and credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
