"Allahumma inni 'abduka, wa ibn 'abduka, wa ibn amatika, naasiyati biyadik, maadhin feeya hukmuka, 'adlun feeya qada'uka, as'aluka bikulli ismin huwa laka sammaytahu bihi nafsaka, aw anzaltahu fee kitabka, aw 'allamtahu ahadan min khalqika, aw is'ta'tharta bihi fee 'ilmi al-ghaybi 'indaka, an taj'ala al-Qur'ana rabee'a qalbee, wa noora sadree, wa jala'a hammee, wa thahaba hammee."

Translation:

"O Allah, I am Your servant, the son of Your servant, the son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your judgment is carried out on me, and Your decree is just concerning me. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or have kept in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Quran the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the healer of my sorrow, and the relief of my anxiety."
